【Abstract】 Starking was treated by the static electric field under simple condition in the test. The results indicate that the static electric field can remarkably preserve the rigidity and the resoluble solid content of starking during storage and improve the storage quality of starking, prolong the life period of the fruit and increase economic benefit.
