【摘要】 枯萎病(Fusarium oxy.porum.f.nirevum)是西瓜最致命的病害之一。病菌潜伏期长,一般可在土壤中潜伏五年以上,且在西瓜的整个生长期都可发病,严重影响西瓜栽培的产量和产值.为此,我们于1988~1989年进行了塑料大棚西瓜嫁接栽培的试验研究。结果表明:西瓜嫁接后,增强了植株的根系活力,增加了伤流量,提高了其电导率;促进了植株体的干物质积累;改变了茎叶中的无机成分构成,提高了氮和钾的含量,降低了磷的含量,对西瓜果实可溶性固形物无不良影响.

【Abstract】 Fusarium wilt of watermelon (Fusarium oxysporum) was one of the most lethal watermelon disease.The fungi had long latent period and was usually latent in soil for more than five years.Moreover it infected watermelon at any time of the growth period.so fusarium wilt of watermelon influenced greatly on the yield and the output value of watermelon.Therefore we carried out a series of experiments of watermelon grafting cultivation in the plastic shelter frum 1988 to 1989.The results showed that grafted watermelon not only increased root viability, content of bleeding sap and conductivity but also changed the inorganic constituent in the stem and leaves with high content of phosphonium and potassium and low content of nitrogen.Furthermore it promoted the accumulation of dry matter and had no adverse effect on the fruit.
