润滑油空气释放性能的研究
STUDY ON AIR RELEASE PROPERTY OF LUBRICATING OIL
【摘要】 润滑油中泡沫的产生除了基础油本身的作用外,添加剂是产生泡沫的主要原因。并且由于它们具有较高的表面活性,以不溶活性吸附层的形式吸附于气泡沫表面,造成了对空气释放性能的不利影响。空气释放性质是润滑油性能的另一方面。本文从流体力学出发考察了高表面活性的消泡剂对气泡力学性能的影响及由此而导致系统Apbron的形成,正是这些因素使润滑油空气释放值增加。同时还考察了油溶性添加剂对空气释放值的影响,它们与不溶性的消泡剂有着类似的作用,只是与高表面活性的消泡剂共存时,以消泡剂的作用为主。文中还计算了空气释放值,定量地评价了以上各因素。
【Abstract】 Baside base oil itself, the additives in lubricating oil is the major factor for foam producing. Another effect of anti-foaming agent on lubricating oil is to change the air release value. A theory about the machanism of the effect is postulated which assumes that the anti-foaming agent adheres to the inner surface of the bubble in the bulk of liquid and lead to the change of mechanical properties of the bubble and the formation of Aphron which increases the air release value. It is also found that soluble surface active compounds have the similar effect on air release which has distinct relation to the concentrations of the soluble surfactants, but when they are in presence with anti-foaming agent, the effect will be mainly due to the defoaming agent for its higher surface activity.
