钙离子对羟基乙叉二膦酸缓蚀作用机理的影响
EFFECT OF Ca ION CONCENTRATION ON CORROSION INHIBITION MECHANISM OF 1-HYDROXYETHYLIDENE-1, 1-DIPHOSPHORIC ACID
【摘要】 本文用旋转挂片失重法测定其失重,测定电极自腐蚀电位与时间的关系;测定了电极极化曲线以及用俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析缓蚀膜组成等方法,研究了水介质中不同钙离子浓度对羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)的缓蚀作用的影响。结果表明钙离子浓度较小地影响HEDP对碳钢的缓蚀效果,但显著影响它的机理。在低钙离子浓度时,HEDP属混合控制型缓蚀剂,吸附在金属表面上。在高钙离子浓度时,HEDP属阴极控制型缓蚀剂,与钙离子络合后沉积在金属的表面上,从而起缓蚀作用。
【Abstract】 The effect of different Ca2+ concentrations in aqueous solution on the corrosion inhibition performance of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphoric acid (HEDP) has been studied by measuring corrosion weight losses of the rotary strips, finding the changes of self-corrosion electric potential with time, detecting the polarization curves of A3 steel in 150 ppm HEDP and analyzing the composition of the corrosion film on the A3 steel with Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES). The results show that Ca2+ concentration has little effect on the corrosion inhibition of HEDP. However, the mechanism of corrosion inhibition is different from high to low Ca2+ concentrations. When Ca2+ concentration is low, HEDP is adsorbed on the surface of A3 steel and performs as a mixture inhibitor. As Ca2+ concentration getting higher, HEDP forms a complex film with Ca2+ deposited on the steel surface to prevent corrosion as cathode inhibitor.
