德士古气化炉冷态流场数学模拟

【摘要】 本文从流体力学基本守恒方程出发,标准的k-ε湍流双微分方程模型模拟湍流流动,用用SIMPLE算法求解偏微分方程,对双流股平行射流德士古气化炉冷态流场进行了数值模拟计算。计算结果表明,气化炉中轴向、径向都有明显的速度分布,有一回流区,明显地偏离平推流流型。本文提出的数学模型经检验与实测数据吻合较好。该模型描述了速度分布、回流量、涡眼位置与射流速度、炉体几何尺寸之间的关系。计算结果对理解德士古技术、设计、操作渣油(水煤浆)气化装置提供了流体力学依据。

【Abstract】 Numerical study of cold flow-field in a Texaco gasifier with parallel twin jet flow is presented. The Navier-Stockes equations incorporating a standard k-ε turbulence two-equation model were solved using SIMPLE algorithm. It is shown that there are obvious velocity profiles in both axial and radial directions and a large recirculation zone in the gasifier. Therefore the flow pattern is different from ideal plug flow. Two case’s experimental data compare favorably with the model predictions. The model can prescribe the relation between velocity profiles, recirculating flowrate, vortex center location and jet velocity, and the size of gasifier. The results provide a fluid mechanics foundation for understanding, designing and operating the Texaco gasifier for vacuum residual oil or water-coal slurry.
