【摘要】 本文利用复方磺胺甲（口恶）唑中甲氧苄氨嘧啶（TMP）,在二氧六环中E₂带的增色效应和紫移作用,建立了该复方片剂中磺胺甲基异（口恶）唑（SMZ）和TMP两组分的等吸收点法及K系数法同时测定的新方法。该法灵敏度、准确度均较药典法高,同时测定简单快速,特别是采用UV-265光度计的指令链功能,大大加快了测定速度。应用该法进行了市售复方片剂分析,获得满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new methods of cquatity-absorptivity and K-coefficient spectropho-tometry have been developed for the simultaneous determination of sulfa-methoxazolum(SMZ) and trimemhoprimum(TMP) contained in Tabellae Sulfa-methoxazoli Composite. The methods take the advance of the hyperchromic effect and blue shift effect of E~2-band of TMP in 1, 4-dioxane,Using the command chain function of UV-265 spcctrophotometer,We can improve its sensitivity, accuracy, and speed of determination.The methods have been used in the analysis of commercial drug and the result is the same as that found in the pharmacopeia.更多还原
