【Abstract】 Protoplasts were isolated from cotyledons of Cucumis melo and cultured in 1/2MS （half strength macronutrients except CaCl₂·2H₂O） liquid medium supplmented with 2,4—D 1.0mg/L, 6—BA0.5mg/L. The first division was observed 4 days of culture. A great deal of calli were obtained and some small particles which were globular or heart-stage embryiods were formed. Then transfered to MS solid medium no hormone rhizogenesis occured.更多还原
