【Abstract】 Japanese encephalitis virus which grew on Vero cells in microcarrier system was produced by using 20L Cellcul-20A bioreactor. The virus was inactivated by formalin, clarified, concentrated by hollow fiber ultra-filtration, and further purified by differential ultracentrifugation. The potency of the vaccine prepared by this method was increased more than 10-fold, and relevant control methods of the vaccine were established.更多还原
