Vero细胞微载体培养乙型脑炎疫苗提纯方法的研究

【摘要】 首次应用国产20L Cellcul-20A型反应器和CT-2微载体Vero细胞培养乙型脑炎病毒。病毒液经福马林灭活后,澄清、浓缩、差速离心和除菌过滤,试制提纯乙型脑炎疫苗,抗原效价提高10倍以上,并建立提纯疫苗的检定方法。

【Abstract】 Japanese encephalitis virus which grew on Vero cells in microcarrier system was produced by using 20L Cellcul-20A bioreactor. The virus was inactivated by formalin, clarified, concentrated by hollow fiber ultra-filtration, and further purified by differential ultracentrifugation. The potency of the vaccine prepared by this method was increased more than 10-fold, and relevant control methods of the vaccine were established.
