【Abstract】 The interactions of hepatitis B (HB) vaccine with BCG and immune response of re-spective administration of these vaccines in various months of age were studied.The results showedthat clinical reactions of all vaccines were mild.The immune responses to the simutaneous inoculationof HB vaccine and BCG were similar to the immune responses observed after administration of eachvaccine alone.It is concluded that HB vaccine and BCG can be immunized at the same time.In addi-tion,we found that conversion rates and diameters of the induration of local reaction at the inoculationsites after PPD test and the levels of anti-HBs were related to month of age of the vacinees.更多还原
