【Abstract】 In this paper, the image analysis and multivariate statistical method were used to study the quantitative change of membrane deformation with the acted time and concentration of ConA combined with membrane receptor of living mac-rophages.The results shown that the membrane area was increased, when ConA was added to the suspension of macrophages. The relationship between increment rate and ConA concentration is positive. While, at the same condition the circular coefficient of membrane was decreased, i.e. deformation of membrane was increased. All these suggest the important meaning of the cell activation.更多还原
