苜蓿胚状体的分离及其发育过程中三种同工酶酶谱分析(简报)

【Abstract】 Embryogenesis was induced at highfrequency from suspension cultures of em-bryogenic calli derived from hypocotyl seg-ments of Medicago sativa L..An efficientseparation of embryoids at different deve-lopment stages was carried out using sucro-se density gradient centrifugation.Thechanges of three isoenzyme patterns at diffe-rent stages of embryoids were analysed.Itshowed that the isoenzyme patterns of pe-roxidase and cytochrom oxidase were diffe-rent.A specific band was observed onisoeasterase pattern of embryogenic calli.
