【Abstract】 Immunization of BALB/C mice with acetaldehyde conjugated to mouse serum albumin resulted in the production of monoclonal antibodies by high efficiency fusion procedure. Such antibody recognized acetaldehyde BSA cenjugates prepared with lnM acetaldehyde suggesting that monoclonal antibodies against acetaldehyde conjugates should be of value in the identification of alcohol consumption and the degree of pathological damage.更多还原
