【摘要】 对蚯蚓纤溶酶进行了哈白兔体内、体外溶栓、抗凝试验,分别以蛇毒抗栓酶和尿激酶不同剂量组作对照试验,均有显著的溶解血栓功能.另外,蚯蚓纤溶酶溶解天然血块,对纤维蛋白原含量及凝血时间影响的药理学试验,结果证明蚯蚓纤溶酶具有溶栓与抗凝作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 In vitro and in vivo thrombus-dissloving, anti-Coagulation assay of earthworm fibrinolysin are carried out on rabbit, using various doses of ancrod and urokinase as control, the results show that all these three have sihnificent thrombus-dissloving function. Besides, pharmaceutical assay are also performed on dissloving natural thormbus, fibrinogen content, and coagulating time, thus demonstrate earthworm fibrinolysin has the functions of thrombus-dissloving and anti-coagulation.更多还原
