【Abstract】 It has been reported that cardiolipin (CL) could oxidize ferrocytochrome c.In this work, change of double bonds in acyl chain of CL in reaction with ferrocytochrome C was studied by FT-IR and NMR techniques.It was observed that the number of double bond in C was decreased upon interaction with ferrocytochrome c.The role of CL in electron transfer between cytochrome c and cytochrome c oxidase is discussed.更多还原
