Hb琼海的氧平衡特征与78K下的穆斯堡尔谱

【摘要】 经用Beneseh法检测发现,Hb琼海(β78(EF2)Leu→Arg)的氧亲合力明显高于HbA,但其Bohr效应和亚基间协同作用却正常。Hb琼海的穆斯堡尔谱表明它颇不稳定,较易形成衍生物,本文讨论了Hb琼海的结构与功能及其稳定性之间的关系。

【Abstract】 Hb Qiong-Hai is a new variant which was first found in Qiong Hai, Hainan Province in 1983 It’s oxygen equilibria measured by the method of Benesch showed that the oxygen affinity of Hb Qiong-Hai was much higher than that of HbA.However, it showed a normal Bohr effect and also a normal allosteric effect toward 2,3-DPG and IHP.The Mossbauer spectra of Hb Qiong-Hai (erythrocyte) showed the presence of derivative doublets which indicated the unstability of Hb Qiong-Hai.The relationship between the structure, function and stability of Hb Qiong-Hai was discussed.
