Orthogonal experiments are carried out with water cultivation to learn the effects of heavy metals and their interactions on the accumulation of Zn, Cd, Cu and Pb in wheat seedlings. It revealed that the content of certain element in wheat seedlings is firstly dependent on the dose of this element, and then on the concentrations of coexistent elements.
