【摘要】 鼻中隔糜烂及溃疡为耳鼻喉科常见病,多同时伴鼻出血。以往多采用药物或电烙局部烧灼后,敷以硼酸软膏治疗,但疗程长,疗效差,病人痛苦性大。采用MEBO治疗,具有无毒副作用,能促使鼻粘膜细胞增殖,增强局部免疫功能,保护糜烂及溃疡面并使之与鼻腔内酸性环境隔离,有利于创面愈合。该方法具有简便、易行、疗效高,疗程短等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Nasal septum erosion and ulcer are commonly seen and often complicated by epistaxis. Conventionally, the lesion was treated with drugs or by electric cauterization and then smeared with boric acid ointment. The therapeutic course was long and the result was not satisfactory. When MEBO was used, it promoted the proliferation of the cells in the nasal mucous membrane, enhanced the local immune function and protected the lesion area from being damaged by the acidic environment of the nasal cavity and thus it facilitated the healing of the wound.
