【Abstract】 The amino acids in the residual solution from beans after making bean curd,sea cucumber,crucian-carp fish blood and albumen,etc. , were separated with a homemade crosslinked chiral capillary column (OV-225-L-Val-tert-butylamide) and quantitatively determined with enantiomer labelling by gas chromatography. The relative deviations of enantiomer labelled amino acids were within 5%.更多还原
