菜籽粕中硫葡萄糖甙化学降解产物的气相色谱分析

【摘要】 <正> 油菜是我国的主要油料作物。榨油后的饼粕中蛋白质含量丰富,是一种很好的畜禽蛋白质饲料来源,但因当前我国菜籽粕中含有3~8%的硫葡萄糖甙(芥子甙),限制了它在饲料中的用量,为此,需脱毒以提高饼粕的利用率。 硫葡萄糖甙本身无毒,但在伴生的芥子酶作用下水解,生成异硫氰酸酯、恶唑烷硫酮、硫氰酸酯、腈类等有毒物质。从化学的观点出发,硫葡萄糖甙也可
【Abstract】 The identification and determination of chemical degradation products of glucosinolates in rapeseed cakes by GC/MS and GC were reported. The results showed that the major degradation products were nitriles instead of the expected isothiocyanates and goitrin. The separation was accomplished on OV-101 and PEG-20M glass capillary columns with temperature programming. Calculated values of FID relative response factors using the effective carbon number concept were employed for the quantitation.
