【摘要】 <正> 先锋霉素B(简称CEZ)是目前临床广泛使用的一种第三代广谱抗生素。临床发现,加入输液中的CEZ不宜与其它药物为伍;残留输液放置后,有明显的外观变化,对此,尚未发现报道。本文用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定了CEZ在常用输液中的浓度并对稳定性进行了探讨,为临床能正确使用CEZ提供了必要的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,RP-HPLC was used to determine the Cefoperazon Sodium concentration in different mediateand to evaluate its stability. The results show that this method is fast and simple with high rate of recovery and good precision. These also show that Cefoperazon Sodium is more stable in Natrii Chloridi composita and Ringers injection than in glucose injection. They are stable within 24 and 4 hours,respectively.更多还原
