多筒冷却机内部结构的改造
Modification of Internal Structure of Planetory Cooler
【摘要】 耀县水泥厂多筒冷却机内部热交换装置由链条改为扬料板,后又改为扬料斗、弧型扬料板,使入窑二次空气显热由530kJ/kg熟料左右提高到630kJ/kg熟料以上。本文以此测定数据为基础,通过理论分析,说明了冷却筒内采用新型扬料装置可以进一步提高冷却机热效率,同时也为旧式长径比小的多筒冷却机的改造提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The chain system of planetary coolers was changed to lifters , then, to lifting buckets, and finally, to curved-type lifters in Yao County Cement Plant, which leads to the increase of the sensible heat of secondary air from 530kJ/ kg clinker to above 630kJ/ kg clinker. With measured data, this paper discusses the increasing of the heat efficiency by applying new-type lifting devices and gives the way to modify old-type planetary coolers with small length diameter ratio.
