硅灰石作白水泥活性混合材的研究
Studies on the wollastonite as an addition of white cement
【摘要】 本文从热力学角度分析了硅灰石水化的可能性,研究了硅灰石掺量对白水泥标准稠度、凝结时间、强度以及水化产物的影响。研究结果表明:硅灰石在纯水中不能水化,但可以在Ca(OH)2水溶液中水化,生成钙硅比大于1,小于或等于2的水化硅酸钙;当硅灰石掺量小于10%时,对白水泥物理力学性能影响不大。
【Abstract】 The possibility of hydration of wollastonite is analysed in thermody- namics. The influences of its addition to the standard consistency, set time, strength, and hydration products of white cement are studied. It is shown by the results of stu- dies that wollastonite does not hydrate in pure water but does in Ca(OH)2 water so- lution, farming hydrated silicate calcium whose G-S ratio is higher than 1 and less than or equal to 2. There is no great inflyence to the physical and mechanical per- formances of white cement when the addition of wollastonite is less than 10%.
