【Abstract】 There is a decimal number-0.618 in human body aesthetics. For thousands of years it has been known as a scale of providing a feeling of beauty. Authors made use of this ratio to the point-determination in designing blepharoplasty with a single suture. The curve of reconstructed double eyelid was looking more pretty, and different from person to person corresponding to their own contour, obviating the imperfection of a too wide, too narrow, triangular or unsmooth eyelid curve. It is simple and easy to perfrom, time-saving, giving a concealed trace with good result and less painful to the patients, so the latter are glad to accept it. The traditional experience mode of point-determination in designing point of incision is substituted by a scientific mode of calculating. This innovation makes the operation simplified, its effect improved and easy to be held by a beginner. It is identical with rules of aesthetics, and presents an ideal means and a good practice of optimal-choosing method in clinical medicine.更多还原
