【Abstract】 Modified radical mastectomy for breast carcinoma and immediate breast reconstruction with latissimus dorsi island flap at the same time was performed in 4 cases. The early and late results are fine in the near and later period. This article intruduces the advantages of the flap, the skill of the procedure, and the priniciples which should be obeyed in choosing such an operation.更多还原
