冰箱内衬用HIPS材料的研制

【摘要】 介绍冰箱内衬用HIPS配方和工艺。讨论了三元改性剂和混合剂对冰箱内衬用HWS性能的影响。结果表明,当三元改性剂用量达20PHR时,改性材料的性能与BASF公司的SB2712相近,可满足耐-40℃、耐油、P11和F12的要求,与目前国内开发的另一材料相比,改性HIPS无明显屈服点,可用于深拉成型。

【Abstract】 The formula and processing technology for the preparation of HIPS for the inner liner of refrigerator were described, and the effect of a ternary modifier and mixed modifier on the property of the HIPS was also discribed. The results showed that when the addition of the ternary modifier was up to 20 PHR, the property of the modified HIPS was similar to that of SB2712, made in BASF, the low temperature resistance (- 40℃ ), oil resistance, F11-and F12-resistance could also meet the requirements. Compared with another product developed in China, the modified HIPS has no obvious yield point and could be processed by deep draw forming.
