钠盐一步法合成聚醚砜树脂(PES)的中试研究
Studies on the Pilot One-step Synthesis of PES by Sodium Salt
【摘要】 本文介绍了4,4′-二氯二苯砜和双酚钠盐经溶液缩聚一步合成聚醚砜树脂(PES)的中试设备,原料、工艺流程、主要参数、成本核算及产品性能。试验结果表明:新工艺设备简单、运转可靠、操作方便、性能指标达到世界同类产品水平。为工业化生产提供了设计依据。
【Abstract】 In this article the equipment, raw material, process flow sheet, major parameters, cost accounting and product property related to the pilot one—step synthesis of polyethersulfone (PES) by 4, 4’-dichloro-diphenyl sulfone and alkali sodium salt of diphenol S were introduced. The results showed that the equipment for this new technology was simple, reliable, and easy to operate; the property index of the equipment came up to the standards of the equipments of same kind at abroad. The pilot synthesis provided industrial production of PES with desin basis.
