【Abstract】 The low-temperature hardening process of composite briquttes presented in this paper is a suitable method of preparation of burden material for middle and small volumeblast furnaces in our country. The raw materials used are: fines of iron ore and limestone, fine coke and fine coal. These composite briquttes contain both fluxing and reducting agents. Test results have ndicated that the composite briquttes produced have following characteristics: high mechaniial strength, good metallurgical properties and low operating cost with simple technological escord s, So that, the process is an economically effective agglomeration method.更多还原
