螺旋振动水玻璃旧砂再生的研究

【摘要】 通过对螺旋振动水玻璃旧砂再生大量实验结果的研究分析,认为螺旋振动水玻璃旧砂再生是在剪切力、摩擦力和冲击力等的综合作用下进行的,Na2O去除率可达36.95%,预处理后可达60.56%,Na2O残留量分别为0.7%和0.44%,均低于0.8%的限量要求。螺旋振动水玻璃旧砂再生机集破碎、再生,冷却等于一体,是一种简单有效的再生设备,本文为设计螺旋振动水玻璃旧砂再生机提供了实验依据。

【Abstract】 By means of studing and analysing a lot of experiments results of spirall vibrating used-sodium-silicate sand reclamation, the conclusion is drawn that used-sodium silicate sand in the spiral vibrating is reclaimed by the combination of shear force, scrape force, impact force and so on. The Na2O removal rate in the reclaimed sand is 36.95% and is up to 60.56% after pretreating. The Na2O retained amount is 0.7% aud 0.44% respectively, and is lower than the limit of 0.8%.The spiral vibrating used-sodium silicate sand reclamation machine has the roles of breaking, reclaiming and cold, it is a simple and effective reclamation equipment, this paper provides experimenting basis for designing spiral vibrating used-sodium silicate-sand reclamation equipment.
