红花六个品种的染色体组型研究

【摘要】 通过对在新疆栽培的六个红花品种进行染色体制片、分析研究,六品种染色体数目2n=2x=24。根据染色体组型的不同,进行组型对比并对组型进行了t检验,为红花品种鉴定以及育种正确选配亲本提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The idiograms of six Xinjiang cultivated varieties were studied by the method of chromosome analysis. The result of this study shows that idiogram of all materials used to possess the same number of chromosome, that is 2n = 2x = 24. Based on the observation results, we compared the differences of idiogram among six varieties, at the same time the T-tests were programmed among them. This results gained may be used as a scientific basis for breeding safflowers.
