【Abstract】 The idiograms of six Xinjiang cultivated varieties were studied by the method of chromosome analysis. The result of this study shows that idiogram of all materials used to possess the same number of chromosome, that is 2n = 2x = 24. Based on the observation results, we compared the differences of idiogram among six varieties, at the same time the T-tests were programmed among them. This results gained may be used as a scientific basis for breeding safflowers.更多还原
