【Abstract】 A freezing bag for preservation of biologic cells and tissues at low temperature (-196℃) is introduced. After stored fetal liver cells in bags for two years in liquid nitrogen then thawed to 37-40℃, the bags did not rupture, cell count and percentage of staining rejection decreased to 84.5% and 61.3% respectively, and colony forming unitgranulocytoc/macrophage (CFU-GM) culture 109.4%. The material of bag had good physicochemical properties and low biologic toxicity.更多还原
