【Abstract】 Purified staphylococcus enterotoxins A, B, C₂ and D, and antibodies raised against these toxins were used to develop a double antibody sandwich ELISA test. The sensitivity of this test enabled to detect enterotoxin as low as 0.1ng/ml with high specificity. This test was used to assay 253 canned mushroom samples, and the results obtained were identical with those assayed by TECRA kits （Australia ELISA kits for detection of staphylococcus enterotoxins）.更多还原
