黄芪注射液及提取成分对小鼠肝脂质过氧化物的影响
EFFECT OF ASTRAGALUS MEMBRANACDUS INJECTIONAND ITS COMPONENT XGA ON LIPID PEROXIDESLEVEL IN MICE LIVER
【摘要】 采用在体和离体两种方法研究黄芪注射液及提取成分木糖-葡萄糖-环黄芪醇(XGA)对小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平的影响。实验结果表明:黄芪注射液及XGA能够明显抑制小鼠离体肝脏的脂质过氧化物的生成作用,抑制率分别为27.4%和31.5%(P<0.05);并且能够抑制阿霉素引起的小鼠体内脂质过氧化物水平的升高,抑制率分别为41.2%和83.8%(P<0.05和0.01)。
【Abstract】 The effects of Astragalus membranaceuS injection (AMI) and its extracted component Xylose-Glucose-Oycloastragenol (XGA) on the level of lipid peroxides (LPO) in mice liver were studied both in vitro and in woo. The results indicate that AMI and XGA markedly inhibit the production of LPO of mice liver in vitro, with a inhibiting rate of 27.7% and 31.5%, respectively, (P<0.05); AMI and XGA also restrain the LPO increase caused by Adriamycin in mice, with a inhibiting of 41.2% and 83.8%, respectively (P<0.05 and 0.001).
