从受体水平分析β-内啡肽对淋巴细胞转化的调节作用

【摘要】 本文采用125I-β-内啡肽放射受体结合分析法,证实活化的小鼠脾淋巴细胞上有与β-内啡肽特异结合的阿片受体。并观察到125I-β-内啡肽与活化的小鼠脾淋巴细胞的特异结合可被非标记β-内啡肽或纳洛酮取代。但用同样方法,未发现β-内啡肽可与未经刀豆蛋白A(ConA)活化的小鼠脾淋巴细胞特异结合。上述结果提示β-内啡肽通过相应受体调节小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增生反应。

【Abstract】 Receptor for βb-endorphin expressed on activated mouse spleen cells was detected byusing the method of radio-receptor binding assay. Specific binding of β-endorphin to the receptor was found only on activated mouse splenic lymphocytes,but not on the resting, nonstimulated lymphocytes. This binding of β-endorphin could be blocked by unlabelled β-endorphin or naIoxone. These results suggested that the synergetic effect of β-endorphin on lymphocytes proliferation be mediated through the receptor of β-en dorphin.
