【Abstract】 The paper presents the comprehensive evaluation methods for differ-ent transportation ways between two locations and the criteria system.Methodsare also put forward for quantifying the items in the criteria,i.e.,the upper-limit effect,the lower-limit effect and the specified effect.Improvements havebeen made in increasing the accuracy of the evaluation model.更多还原
