几种热作模具钢热磨损性能对比

【摘要】 本文对3种热作模具钢经热磨损试验后的磨损量及磨损表面形貌进行了对比分析,结果表明:H13钢抗磨损性能最好,3Cr2W8V钢次之,5CrNiMo钢最差。同时,锻造次数与磨损量成近似比例关系。

【Abstract】 This paper compared and analyzed the amount of wear, profile of worn surface of three hot-work die steels after high temperature wear experiments. The results show that steel H13 has the best wear resistance property, followed by steel 3Cr2W8V and steel 5CrNiMo. The number of forging blows are approximately proportional to the amount of wear.
