【Abstract】 The amorphous Ni-B, Ni-P and Ni-P-B alloy deposits were prepared by electroless plating. The bonding strength of ultrasonically welded silicon-aluminum wire was measured. It has been found that the wire bonding strength for Ni-B amorphous deposit is the best, followed by Ni-P-B and Ni-P deposits.更多还原
