【摘要】 采用体外试验、动物实验和人体试验的方法,研究了枸杞提取液的抗衰老作用。结果发现:枸杞提取液在试管内有明显抑制小鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质(LPO)的生成作用,并呈剂量反应关系;小鼠体内试验证实可明显抑制肝LPO生成,并使血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力增高;人体试验显示可明显抑制血清LPO生成,使血中GSH-Px活力增高,但红细胞SOD活力未见升高。提示枸杞提取液具有抗衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antiaging effect of abstracted juice of lycium chinense in vitro and in vivo were studied. The result showed that the LPO product in homogeneous liver of mouse was inhi- bited by the juice in vitro with dose-response effect; The LPO product in liver of mouse de- creased significantly and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in plasma of mouse increased sig- nificantly; The LPO product in plasma of old people decreased obviously and the activity of GSH-Px in plasma increased, but the activity of SOD decreased in old people.
