【Abstract】 Roentgenologic findings of 14 cases of missed and misdiagnosed early peripheraI lung cancer were retrospectively analysed in this paper.Missed and misdiagnosed causes in the radiological diagnosis can mainly be 1.the presence of superimposed anatomic structure such as hilar,mediastinum;2,associated with additional disease such as chronic bronchitis,tuberculosis;3,lack of familiarity with uncommon manifestations of early Feripheral lung cancer.It is hoped that through an increased understanding of these problems,radiologists will avoid some of the pitfalls that may be encountered in initially detecting and diagnos-ing eatly lung cancer.更多还原
