【摘要】 研究了12例原发于中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤的临床病理及免疫组织化学。结果表明,本组肿瘤均来自B淋巴细胞的非何杰金氏淋巴瘤,在12例肿瘤组织中或在其周围脑组织中均查见瘤组织围绕血管沿V-R间隙浸润呈套袖状。组织学图像与发生在淋巴结内或结外的淋巴组织淋巴瘤相似,但以高度恶性者多见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve cases of primary malignant lymphomas of the central nervous system(CNS)were reported.All the tumours were proven to be B lymphocytic non-Hodgkin′s malignant lymphomas according to clinical,pathologic and immunohistchemical studies.The characteristic parivascular concentric ring pattern was demonstrated in all the cases studied at the periph-ery of the neoplasms.The primary malignant lymphomas of the CYS was similar to the spectrum of extraneural malignant lymphomas histologically.更多还原
