国产硫苯咪唑青霉素的体外抗菌作用
THE ANTiBACTERIA ACTIVITY OF MEZLOCILLIN
【摘要】 对新型国产抗生素硫笨味唑青霉素(美洛西林,Mezlocillin)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)和杀菌曲线进行了研究,并与氨苄青霉素和氧哌嗪青霉素比较。结果:1.本药品对7种常见的G~+菌及G~-菌均有较强的杀菌作用,对溶血性链球菌,大肠杆菌和志贺氏菌属的抗菌作用明显优于氨苄青霉素和氧哌嗪青霉素。2.本药品的MBC与MIC比值多为1~2.7,是一种有效的杀菌剂。3.大于10~6CFU/ml或小于10~4CFU/ml的细菌接种量对本药品的MIC值有明显影响。4.杀菌曲线表明本药品对大肠杆菌和鼠伤寒杆菌4h开始起作用,8h可杀死100%细菌,对金黄色葡萄球菌6h作用达高峰,增加药物浓度可使杀菌效果增强。
【Abstract】 The antibacteria activity of Mezlocillin was studied in this paper.The result reveals that Mezlocillin possesses a better bactericidal activities against the 7 spaeies bacteria used in experiment than ampicillinand piperaeillin,especially for Streptococcus,E.coli and Shigella.The ratio of MIC and MBC is 1-2.7 which means it is a bactericidal agent.The antibacteria activity was affected by bacteria dose.The bactericidal curve showed that the Mezlocillin acted at 4th hour,killed bacteria com-pletely at 8th hour against E.coli and Salmonella.This paper revealed that the Mezloeillin was a better antibiotic for gram negative bacilli.
