半无限稀疏磁性半导体超晶格中的表面自旋波
SURFCUE SPIN WAVES ON A SEMI-INFINITE SUPERLATTICEOF DILUTED MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTOR
【摘要】 本文应用静磁理论得到了半无限稀疏磁性半导体超晶格中表面自旋波的色散方程,具体计算了由稀疏磁性半导体Cd1-xMnx Te(x=0.70)和非磁层交替排列而组成的超晶格在外场垂直于表面时的表面自旋波。
【Abstract】 Using magnetostatic theory, we obtain the dispersion equation of surface waves on Semi-infinite superlattice of diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMS). Numerical Calculations are presented for a semiinfinite superlattice composed of alternating diluted magnetic semiconductor Cd1-xMnx Te (x=0.70) layers and nonmagnetic layers where magnetization is perpendicular to the surfaces.
