大直径圆筒内切向自由旋流的换热研究

【摘要】 用理论和实验方法,研究其对流换热特性,结果表明,这种切向自由旋流有利于换热的强化,与直管内无旋流动相比,其平均努谢尔特数提高160%左右。

【Abstract】 Theorectically and experimentally investigates convective heat transfer characteristics of the tangential free swirling flow. Result shows: the tangential free swirling flow is suited to augment the heat transfer; compared to non-swirling flow in a cylinder duct, the average Nusselt number measured with airflow increase3 160%. Based on experiment, the criterion available to engineering computation are obtained as follow: Nu=0.0062Re 6.6×10~4<Re<2.3×10~5 where the Nu is Nusselt number, the Re is Reynolds number.
