化学镀Ni—P非晶态合金在仿油井污水中的腐蚀行为
CORROSION BEHAVIOUR OF ELECTROLESS Ni-P AMORPHOUS ALLOY IN SIMULATED OIL-WELL RESERVIOR WATER
【摘要】 用全浸化学腐蚀和电化学测量技术的研究表明,HS-和HCO3-对该合金在含Cl-介质中的腐蚀行为具有明显的抑制作用,而且在HS-和HCO3-浓度为0.001~0.1mol/L范围内,随浓度的增加抑制作用加强。腐蚀速度vc与溶液中Na2S浓度cNa2s之间的关系满足方程:lgvc=-algcNa2s+lgb,运用SEM,EDAX,AES和ESCA等现代分析手段对腐蚀产物进行了分析,结果表明,Ni-P非晶态合金在该介质中具有优良的耐蚀性,其原因是腐蚀过程中合金表面上形成了一层致密的、保护性良好的富磷层。
【Abstract】 Corrosion behaviour of the alloy in solution containing the ions Cl-, HS- and HCO3- was studied by chemical immersion and electrochemical technique. Result shows: the HS-and HCO3- have stronger inhibition on corrosion in the solution containing Cl-, and the inhibitive effect is enhanced as their content increases when their concentration is respectively in an extent from 0.001 to 0.1 mol/L. Relation between Na2S concentration and corrosion rate vc was found as: Igvc=-algcNa2S+Igb, where the a and b are constents. Corrosion product on Ni-P alloy in above medium was analyzed, and the result indicates that the excellent corrosion resistance it due to fine, compact layer rich in phosphorous.
