【Abstract】 Mades optimal fuzzy cluster in the run-off samples with maximal tree method and soft classification. By extending the got clustering centres to fuzzy subsets, forms many patterns of prediction for flowing. Finds the proper parameter, and then determins the Gamma distribution density of the flows.
