MoO3和Cr2O3在CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃晶化过程中的作用

【摘要】 本文在作者原有工作的基础上,进一步研究了MoO3和Cr2O3对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃的晶化和显微结构的影响。结果表明;MoO3和Cr2O3都能促使该类玻璃的整体晶化;它们作为晶核剂的合适用量相应为MoO3 2~4wt%,Cr2O3 1~1.75wt%。本文还对其晶化的机理和显微结构进行了讨论,为该系统玻璃的微晶化和进一步开发新材料提供新的实验结果。

【Abstract】 Based on the authors’ previous research work, the effect of MoO3 and Cr2O3 on the crystallization and microstructure of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass is further studied. The result shows that both MoO3 and Cr2O3 can promote bulk crystallization of the glass. As a nucleating agent, we suggest its suitable content as follows: MoO3 2~4 wt%, Cr2O3 1 ~l.75 wt%. In this paper, the mechanism of crystallization is also discussed. This work provides new results for further developing a new kind of material and microcrystallization of the glass in this system.
