CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5-F玻璃中Si-O键性研究
A STUDY ON THE Si—O BONDING IN CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5-F GLASSES
【摘要】 Ca-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5-F系统具有较强的二液分离倾向。本工作在考查了P2O5对该系统玻璃分相的作用的基础上,进一步根据红外光谱和拉曼光谱的变化以及X射线荧光光谱中SiKβ线的化学位移,深入探讨了P2O5对该系统玻璃中Si-O键的强度和[SiO4]的聚合程度的影响。研究表明,随着玻璃中P2O5含量的增加,[SiO4]四面体中的非桥氧逐渐减少,同时SiKβ线逐渐向低能方向位移,玻璃中Si-O键不断增强。研究还表明,P2O5对玻璃中Si-O键的这种影响是与它使玻璃产生分相密切相关的。
【Abstract】 Glasses in CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5-F system have a strong tendency to phase separation, and the effect of P2O5 upon the phase separation has been studied before. In this paper, the influence of P2O5 upon the Si-O bond in the glasses is investigated by means of infra-red(IR), Raman and X-ray fluorescence(XRF) spectra. The study shows that when increasing the P2O5 content, the [SiO4] vibrational bands in IR and Raman spectra change from lower polymerized mode to higher polymerized one, and the Si Kβ band in XRF spectra of the glasses moves towards that of SiO2. These results indicate that the polymerization degree of [SiO-4] and the strength of Si-O bonding are increased with increasing P2O5 content. The study also shows the P2O5 effect upon the Si-O bond- ing is related with the phase separation caused by the introduction of P2O5 into the glasses.
