电渗析治理糠醛废水回收乙酸
RECOVERING ACETIC ACID FROM TREATING FURFURAL WASTEWATER BY ELECTRODIALYSIS
【摘要】 糠醛废水含1~2.5%的乙酸,直接外排,污染环境,浪费资源。通过60—80对膜组装的400×800 mm 电渗析器中型试验,回收了浓度为20%的乙酸,再经萃取—精馏得到99%工业乙酸,治理后的废水含酸量<0.02%,可安全排放及回用。本文探讨了影响过程性能的因素,为安全操作、放大设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 In manufacturing furfural,wastewater containing 1~2.5% acetic acidis discharged.This not only is acetic acid wasted but also the environmentpolluted.In our pilot-plant-scale operation the wastewater passed througha 400×800mm electrodialyzer equipped with 60—80 pairs of membranemodules,the concentration of recovered acetic acid reached 20%,and only0.02% of it remained in wastewater,which could be discharged or reused.Furthermore,the recovered acetic acid could be utilized to produce 99%industrial-grade acetic acid by means of extraction and distillation.Thefactors affecting the electrodialysis process characteristics were investiga-ted.This provides reliable basis for the safe operation and the design orscale-up.
