高取代度氰乙基纤维素与三醋酸纤维素共混反渗透膜的研制

【摘要】 本文以高取代度氰乙基纤维素(HCEC)和三醋酸纤维素(CTA)为共混体系,二恶烷、丙酮为溶剂,通过对HCEC 与CTA 的共混比、醇类添加剂以及影响膜性能的其他主要因素的研究,试制出具有优良耐微生物分解性能和适用于苦咸水或海水淡化的共混反渗透膜。在操作压力为3 MPa、进料液NaCl 浓度为0.35%的测试条件下,脱盐率分别为90%和99%的膜,其水通量为4.9ml/(cm~2·h)和2.0ml/(cm~2·h)。

【Abstract】 The membranes were made by blending HCEC and CTA in dioxane-acetone solvent system.The effects of some main factors,including theweight ratio of HCEC to CTA and the alcohol additives on membranousproperties were investigated.These blended membranes not only possessedfine performance of resistance to microbial decomposition but also suitedfor demineraling the brakish water and sea water.The membranes whosesalt rejection rates were 90% and 99%,and flux of water were 4.9ml/cm~2hand 2.0ml/cm~2h respectly were obtained,on codnition that the oparatingpressure was 3 MPa and the feed solution,0.35% NaCl (Aq).
