【Abstract】 Embryonic toxicity of ethanol on Drosophila melanogaster and detoxication of vitamine were investigated in this study. The results showed that ethanol could induce developmental delay, hatchability decreasing, gross malformation and disturbance of sex ratio in the Drosophila. A moderate quantity of VB1 and niacin as well as niacinamide were capable of eliminating the definite toxicity of ethanol.更多还原
