【摘要】 新研制合成的硼、氮、硫、磷型多功能润滑防锈添加剂NPBS 与国内外若干商品润滑油及添加剂进行了防锈、腐蚀、润滑、耐磨等性能对比实验。结果表明:含NPBS添加剂油的防锈性能优异,并有较好的极压抗磨润滑性能:对ASTM D—130腐蚀试验效果良好,尤其是对防止紫铜腐蚀变色效果很好,解决了一般硫磷型添加剂对紫铜腐蚀性较大这一棘手问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author compared the NPBS multifunctional anti-rust lubricatingadditive synthesized recently with other commercial lubricating oils or additivesmade in native and foreign in properties of anti-rust corrosion prevention andanti-wear extreme pressure.The results indicated that the anti-rust behaviour of oilcontaining NPBS was excellent in addition to good wear resistance and extremepressure property.Besides its ASTM D-180 corrosion test also gave good results,especially its effect in preventing discoloration of copper was very well and thesevere corrosion problem for copper of conventional S-P type additives was solved更多还原
